Deidre (Dee) uses her 25 years of experience in the technology industry supporting enterprise customers to lead the client success efforts at ROI. Dee has a multi-organization track record of developing and running teams that deliver market leading customer service and support. At ROI, Dee and her team have built what are widely recognized as the market leading Client Success team and proprietary agent management platform. She has developed strategic partnerships with dozens of our key suppliers, and leverages those relationships to support and advocate for our clients. Dee studied Economics at Wheaton College where she participated in Women’s Basketball and captained her team to a Final Four appearance. Dee spends her free time at the ice rink watching her children play hockey.
